Question #1:  What is a Joysummit?
Answer:
 A Joysummit is like a conference where many experts come together for the purpose of educating attendees. The difference between a Joysummit and a typical conference is that you don’t have to leave your business, invest in travel, leave your family, etc. The Joysummit is conducted by computer. You just need to make sure you have an Internet connection.

Question #2:  I’m new to owning a business. Should I attend?
Answer:  The strategies you'll learn will work just as well for the beginner as they do for the most experienced business owner. You should pick and choose which strategies you learn are best for your business.
 
Question #3:  I’ve owned a business for several years. Should I attend?  
Answer:  While you may find that you have tried several of the strategies our experts teach, there will likely be just as many that you haven’t.

Question #4:  I don't have a big marketing budget. Should I attend the Joysummit?
Answer:
 Many of the strategies you'll learn will cost very little to implement. You may just need to change how you think about marketing. There will also be strategies that you may want to follow that will require an investment.
 
Question #5:  What makes your Joysummit different from other marketing courses I've taken?
Answer:  The marketing strategies you'll learn during the Joysummit have proven successful by the speakers in growing their businesses. These business experts will provide meaty content (not just fluff) that will truly help you successfully market your small business.
 
Question #6:  Is the cost of the Joysummit tax deductible?
Answer:
The Joysummit is free to attend on June 28th, 2010. However, should you wish to purchase a recording of the Joysummit, it is considered continuing education and training and therefore tax deductible. Please check with your financial advisor to confirm that this is a legitimate business expense.
 
Question #7:  I have another commitment on June 28th, 2010. Can I listen later?
Answer:
We realize that not everyone will be able to attend every speaker’s presentation. That's why we've made a recording of the Joysummit available via .mp3 file download for a very affordable investment. We don't want you to miss a minute of this expert marketing advice. Purchase here.
 
Question #8:  Do I need any special computer capabilities?
Answer:
You will need an Internet connection. Upon registeration, you will be emailed a link to access the event on June 28th, 2010.

Question #9:  What if I have technology issues during the free Joysummit?
Answer:
Reboot your computer. The 10 hours of education is available for 24 hours, so there is time to access each speaker’s presentation with breaks.
 
Question #10:  What if I lose the link that was emailed to me when I registered?
Answer: 
To attend the event, simply register again for the Joysummit and you'll be sent another link via email. Registration is no longer available after June 28th, 2010.

Question #11: I never received an email with information on how to access the event. How do I get it?
Answer: Please make sure you have not opted out of our email system. If you have, we can not send you the registration information from our event. To opt back in visit here.

Question #12:  I ordered the recording and did not receive it. How do I get access to the recording?
Answer:
An email was sent as soon as your payment was processed giving you access to the Joysummit recording. Please check your spam folder. Log in to your account at www.thejoyofmarketing.com. Click on My account in the right column in the log in box (after logging in), then the File Downloads tab in the top center section of your screen. The Joysummit recording files will be there for you to access. Please email us at info@thejoyofmarketing.com if you do not see them there.

Question #13:
 I ordered a product from one of your speakers and did not receive it. How do I get access to it?
Answer:
An email was sent as soon as your payment was processed giving you access to any downloadable product. Please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, please email us at info@thejoyofmarketing.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours of your request.

If the product you ordered was not downloadable, please give the speaker 7 business days for your order to arrive if you are in the U.S. and 14 days if you are outside of the U.S. If your product has not arrived at that time, please contact the speaker directly as they are fulfilling your order.

Question #14:  I am hearing impaired and want to purchase the event.  Do you offer transcripts?
Answer:
For an additional $35 investment, transcripts of the Joysummit are available in addition to the .mp3 files.


Question #15:  I am clicking on the link you sent me to attend the event when I registered and all I see are sneak peeks.
Answer: You need to be logged in at www.thejoyofmarketing.com to see the Full speakers presentations on June 28, 2010. After June 28, 2010 you will only be able to hear the full speaker presentations if you purchase the recordings of the event.
